油茶花醇提物的体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:8

摘要 测定油茶花醇提物冻干粉的活性成分,并以DPPH自由基(DPPH·)清除率、羟自由基(·OH)清除率、亚铁离子(Fe^(2+))鳌和率和总还原力为指标研究体外抗氧化活性,并同维生素C和叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)进行比较。结果表明:油茶花醇提物含总黄酮(134.72±1.36)mg/g、总多酚(79.80±1.05)mg/g、总多糖(285.40±2.47)mg/g、粗蛋白(30.00±0.82)mg/g。油茶花醇提物表现出远高于维生素C和TBHQ的亚铁离子鳌和能力,然而对DPPH·、·OH的清除和总还原力均低于同质量浓度的维生素C和TBHQ,但抗氧化效果随油茶花醇提物质量浓度的增加而呈上升趋势。可见,油茶花醇提物具有一定的体外抗氧化能力,是一种有效的天然抗氧化剂。 The active ingredients of the lyophilized powder of camellia oleifera flower ethanolic extract were determined,and the scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals(DPPH·)and hydroxyl free radicals(·OH),rate of ferrous ion(Fe^(2+))chelation and total reducing power were used to study the in vitro antioxidant activity,and compared with vitamin C and tertiary butyl hydroquinone(TBHQ).The results showed that the etchanolic extract of camellia oleifera flower contained total flavonoids(134.72±1.36)mg/g and total polyphenols(79.80±1.05)mg/g,total polysaccharide(285.40±2.47)mg/g,crude protein(30.00±0.82)mg/g.The ethanolic extract of camellia oleifera flower exhibited strong ferrous ion chelating ability,which was much higher than that of vitamin C and TBHQ.It could eliminate the strength of DPPH·,·OH and total reducing power was lower than the same mass concentration of vitamin C and TBHQ,but the antioxidant effect increased with the increase of the mass concentration of the ethanolic extract of camellia oleifera flower.It showed that the ethanolic extract of camellia oleifera flower had a certain in vitro antioxidant capacity and was an effective natural antioxidant.
