摘要
试验利用大孔树脂,利用不同梯度的乙醇-水溶液对油茶果壳的提取物进行洗脱纯化,测定各洗脱部分的黄酮和多酚含量,并评价各洗脱部分的抗氧化活性。结果表明:30%乙醇-水溶液洗脱部分的总黄酮和多酚的得率最高,分别为43.84%和28.52%,其次为10%乙醇-水洗脱部分;10%洗脱部分总黄酮及总多酚含量均为最高,通过洗脱纯化后,总黄酮和总多酚含量分别提高2.0倍和1.8倍,且表现出较强的抗氧化活性。粗提物经此纯化工艺后,活性成分浓度和抗氧化活性均有提升,进一步丰富了工业化油茶果壳开发和利用的理论基础。
The extracts from the shells of Camellia oleifera were purified by elution ethanol with different concentration using macroporous adsorption Resin D101.The flavonoid contents,phenolic contents and antioxidant activities of the macroporous resin elution parts were evaluated.The results showed that 30%of the macroporous resin elution part had the highest flavonoid and polyphenol extraction ratio,which were 43.84%and 28.52%,respectively,followed by 10%eluting fraction.About 10%of the macroporous resin elution part had the highest flavonoids and polyphenols,increased by 2.0 times and 1.8 times compared with the previous purification respectively,showing strong antioxidant activity.After purification,the concentration of active ingredients and antioxidant activity of extracts from the shells of Camellia oleifera increased.The theoretical basis for the industrial development and utilization of Camellia oleifera husk is further enriched.
