摘要 目的:探讨临床医学本科(MBBS)留学生临床实习导师制教学模式的价值。方法:选取我校2016级MBBS留学生25人为观察组,按导师制模式管理;分别选取2016级MBBS留学生25人为对照1组和2015级MBBS留学生25人为对照2组,对照组均按照传统模式管理。比较观察组和对照组出科考核成绩及教学满意度。结果:观察组出科考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组教学满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:MBBS留学生在临床实习过程中采用导师制具有更好的教学效果。 Objective: To explore the value of the tutorial teaching mode for MBBS international students’ clinical internship.Methods: 25 MBBS international students of the 2016 grade in our school were selected as the observation group and managed according to the tutorial system;25 MBBS international students of the 2016 grade were selected as the control group 1 and MBBS international students of the 2015 grade were selected as the control group 2. The control group was managed according to the traditional model. The observation group and the control group were compared in terms of their final examination results and teaching satisfaction. Results: The final examination results of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01);the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The tutorial system can help achieve a better teaching effect in the clinical internship of MBBS international students.
