摘要
血液和组织中参与天然免疫应答的细胞有单核细胞、巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞及中性粒细胞等,免疫功能受抗原、细胞因子、能量代谢等多种因素影响。脂多糖(LPS)是革兰氏阴性菌细胞壁的主要成分,可引发天然免疫应答及能量代谢重编程。免疫细胞对代谢途径的选择会进一步调控其免疫功能,细胞免疫功能变化对机体稳态维持至关重要,对糖尿病、心血管疾病等疾病的发生、发展、转归及预后具有重要意义。本文对LPS刺激下参与天然免疫应答的细胞和能量代谢间的联系进行梳理,以期选择更合理的免疫代谢调控方案维持人和动物天然免疫稳态。
Immune cells, including monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils and lymphoid cells in blood or in tissues immunity, are participates in inate immune response pathogens or cytokines and energy metabolism.Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) is major component of cell wall of gram-negative bacteria, which can cause innate immune response and reprogramming of energy metabolism, Selection of metabolic pathways by immune cells will further regulate their immune function, and change of cellular immune function is crucial to maintenance of homeostasis, and is of great significance for occurrence, development, outcome and prognosis of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other diseases. In this paper, relationship between cells and energy metabolism involved in innate immune response under LPS stimulation was combed in order to select a more reasonable regulation scheme of immune metabolism to ensure innate immune homeostasis of human and animal.
