摘要
调查研究了家长为配戴角膜塑形镜的儿童做摘、戴镜和镜片护理的学习熟练过程,了解配戴者戴镜初期的主观感受。通过对初期配戴角膜塑形镜儿童的母亲发放调查问卷,收集了母亲每天为配戴者摘戴镜、护理镜片所花费的时间、操作次数和观察配戴者异物感、分泌物和眼红情况。研究发现,开始戴镜的前3天,患儿母亲戴镜平均需20~25 min,摘镜平均需10~12 min,累计每天需30~37 min进行摘、戴镜和镜片护理操作,摘镜操作基本上能一次完成。配戴一个月后,戴镜流程平均需10~12 min,摘镜流程平均约需8 min。8~10岁组与11~14岁组的儿童各项调查结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。可以看出,儿童配戴角膜塑形镜的适应期比较快,不同年龄的儿童都能在一个月内适应角膜塑形镜。适应后,患儿母亲平均每天约需20 min即可完成摘戴镜和镜片护理操作,不会造成明显的负担。
In this work,we investigated the parents’learning process during taking off,wearing and nursing the orthokeratology lens for children,and understood the subjective feeling of the wearer in the early stage.A questionnaire was sent out to the mothers of the children who had been wearing orthokeratology lenses.Useful data were collected including the time spent by the mothers in taking off and nursing the lenses,the number of operations,and foreign body sensation,secretion and eye redness.Results indicated that in the first three days,it took 20~25 min for the mothers to wear the lenses and 10~12 min for the mothers to take off the lenses.It totally took about 30~37 min for the mothers to take off,wear and take care of the lenses per day.The operation of removing the lenses can be completed at one time.When wearing lenses for one month,the process of wearing lenses took 10~12 min on average,and the process of removing lenses took about 8 min on average.There is no significant difference between 8~10 years old group and 11~14 years old group(P>0.05).The adaptation period of children wearing orthokeratology lens was relatively fast,and children of different ages can adapt to orthokeratology lens within one month.After adaptation period,mothers of the children can take off,wear and take care of the lenses in 20 min every day.
