摘要
目的:临床观察麻杏石甘汤合千金苇茎汤加减对痰热壅肺型社区获得性肺炎患者肺功能及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年8月诊断社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺型患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组予以西医基础治疗,观察组予以麻杏石甘汤合千金苇茎汤加减联合西医基础治疗。治疗7天后分别评估患者肺功能及检测外周血中白细胞、中性粒细胞百分比及CRP的变化。结果:两组治疗前、后肺功能比较,观察组治疗后在FVC、FEV1、FEV1%方面较对照组治疗后均有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前、后外周血炎性指标比较,观察组治疗后在WBC、NEUT%、CRP方面较对照组治疗后均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘汤合千金苇茎汤加减治疗痰热壅肺型社区获得性肺炎患者能有效改善肺功能,下调血清炎性因子水平,发挥了中医药治疗感染性疾病的优势。
Objective:To observe the effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction and Qianjin Weigan Decoction on lung function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with community-acquired pneumonia of phlegm heat obstructing lung type.Methods:80 cases of community-acquired pneumonia with phlegm heat obstructing lung type diagnosed from October 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given basic Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Maxing Shigan Decoction plus Qianjin Weigan Decoction plus basic Western medicine treatment.After 7 days of treatment,pulmonary function was evaluated and the percentage of leukocytes,neutrophils and CRP in peripheral blood were detected.Results:there were significant differences in FVC,FEV1 and FEV1%between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in WBC,neut%and CRP between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:modified Maxing Shigan Decoction and Qianjin Weigan decoction can effectively improve lung function and reduce serum inflammatory factors in patients with community-acquired pneumonia of phlegm heat obstructing lung type,which plays the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infectious diseases.
