J Thorac Oncol,2019,14(10S):S238-S239.2证据水平1b。3背景对于完全切除的pⅢA-N2期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者,术后放疗(postoperative radiotherapy,PORT)的作用尚不明确。三维适形(3D-conformal radiotherapy,3D-CRT)或简易调强放射治疗(simplified intensity modulatedradiotherapy,s IMRT)可提高肿瘤靶区受照剂量,同时降低正常组织的毒性,从而提高治疗效果。
