摘要
本文旨在探讨非小细胞肺癌患者术后辅助化疗的研究进展。肺癌是临床比较常见的一种恶性肿瘤,病死率比较高,其中主要类型是非小细胞肺癌。对于早期非小细胞肺癌患者来说,经完全手术切除后可获得良好的应用效果,复发患者中大部分为远处转移,小部分患者为原发部位复发。I期肺癌患者主要为远处转移,Ⅱ期患者则部分为远处转移,部分为原位复发。肺癌患者术后经辅助化疗能改善患者的疾病预后,降低疾病复发风险,提升肺癌治愈率,因此一直以来都是临床比较关注的重点内容,通过对非小细胞肺癌患者术后辅助化疗研究进行综述,为临床提供参考。
This article aims to review the research progress of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in clinic,and the mortality rate is relatively high,among which the main type is non-small cell lung cancer.For patients with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer,good results can be obtained after complete surgical resection.Most of the patients with recurrence have distant metastasis,and a small number of patients have recurrence at the primary site.Stage I lung cancer patients mainly have distant metastasis,while stageⅡpatients have some distant metastasis and some recurrence in situ.Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for lung cancer patients can improve the prognosis of patients,reduce the risk of disease recurrence,and improve the cure rate of lung cancer.Therefore,it has always been the focus of clinical attention.By reviewing the research on postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer,it can provide clinical reference.
