摘要
研究了2个不同厚度组成接触元件的制件在模具内的组装方法和成形原理,并设计了级进模,对于成形弹片的关键工序,模具内设计了先将弹片推开微小角度,再用斜楔侧推的成形方案,使弹片完成初步成形,再多次使用斜楔机构完成弹片的最终成形;对于成形端子的关键工序,在卸料板上设计了带芯轴的整形机构,保证端子成形稳定。实际生产证明,成形工艺可行,成形的制件尺寸稳定,提高了生产效率。
The in die assembly method and forming principle of 2 different thickness of parts that composed contact element were studied,and a progressive die was designed.To the key process for forming the shrapnel,the forming scheme that shrapnel opened a small angle first,then used the wedge to push,which made the shrapnel preliminary forming.The wedge mechanism was used many times to complete the final forming of the shrapnel.To the key process for forming the terminal,a shaping mechanism with a core shaft was designed on the stripper plate to ensure the stable forming of the terminal.The actual production proved that the forming process was feasible,and the parts size was stable.
