摘要
通过数值模拟和生产检测,确定GH4720Li合金盘前封严环的锻件形状并优化成形工艺参数,制定了成形技术方案。结果表明,GH4720Li合金盘前封严环锻件的成形方案可行,锻件组织和性能满足要求。
Through numerical simulation and production test,the forging shape of GH4720Li alloy sealing ring in front of the disc has been determined and the forming process parameters have been optimized,and the forming technical plan has been formulated.The results show that the forming scheme of the GH4720Li alloy sealing ring forging in front of the disc is feasible,and the structure and properties of the forging meet the requirements.
