摘要
通过观察分析冲击试样的断口和金相组织,认为核电压力容器封头锻件低温冲击性能不合格的主要原因是成分偏析,成分偏析导致淬透性差异,使性能热处理后出现组织不均匀,最终导致低温冲击性能不合格。
By observing and analyzing fracture and metallographic structure of impacted specimen,it concluded that composition segregation was the main cause to result in unqualified low temperature impact performance for nuclear reactor pressure vessel head forging.Composition segregation resulted in hardenability difference and uneven microstructure after performance heat treatment to finally cause unqualified low temperature impact performance.
