摘要 随着我国经济市场的不断改革变化,为符合我国当下的社会发展形势在不同时期对我国人才的培养提出不同要求。在新时代的社会教育改革中,教育部提出了协同育人的高校人才培养模式,协同育人教育模式打破了传统教育的局限性,鼓励高校加强与政府、各行业、各企业间的深度合作,将产学研充分有机结合,通过对现有的教育资源与行业资源进行整合应用,促进高等教育体制改革。文章通过对跨界协同育人共同体下对人才培养机制的研究背景进行分析,探究新时代高等教育改革的发展方向,为校企合作的开展模式提供更多参考。 With the continuous reform and change of China’s economic market,in order to meet the current social development situation in China,different requirements are put forward for the cultivation of talents in different periods.In the new period of social education reform,the ministry of education has put forward the mode of collaborative education of talents in colleges and universities,which breaks the limitations of traditional education,encourages colleges and universities to strengthen the in-depth cooperation with various industries,enterprises and the government,fully and organically combine production,learning and research,and promote efficient class learning by integrating and applying the existing educational resources and industry resources for education system reform.This paper analyzes the research background of talent training mechanism under the cross-border collaborative education community,explores the development direction of university education reform in the new period,and provides more reference for the development mode of school-enterprise cooperation.
