摘要
继续教育能够推进人才职业能力的提高和更新,促进人才整体素质的可持续发展,形成人才竞争优势,为行业发展提供强大的人才保障和智力支撑。文章基于旅游业继续教育的实践分析,总结旅游业继续教育发展国际模式,构建以政府支持为核心保障、以旅游院校人才培训基地为核心平台和旅游企业、行业协会等相关主体协同参与的中国旅游业继续教育路径,共同推进中国旅游业继续教育整体性和可持续性提升,推动旅游人才强国建设,为旅游产业发展和国家发展战略奠定坚实基础。
Continuing education can promote the improvement and renewal of talents’professional ability,promote the sustainable development of talents’overall quality,form competitive advantage of talents,and provide strong talents guarantee and intellectual support for the development of the industry.Based on the practical analysis of tourism continuing education,this paper summarizes the international development mode of tourism continuing education,and constructs the path of China’s tourism continuing education with government support as the core guarantee,talent training base in tourism colleges and universities as the core platform,the joint participation of tourism enterprises,industry associations and other relevant subjects as the path,so as to jointly promote the integrity and sustainability of China’s tourism continuing education,to construct a powerful country with tourism talents,and lay a solid foundation for the development of tourism industry and national development strategy.
