摘要
现代技术的发展,对培养未来的数控从业者提出了更高的要求。在培养数控人才的教学实践中可以看出,学生动手能力强,实践动手的机会多,但学生基础知识薄弱,课堂的参与度与学习积极性均不高。由德国职教引入的引导文教学法在数控课程教学中对学生综合能力的培养起到一定效果。该文主要从当前数控课程教学实践中存在的问题入手,对典型现象进行剖析,以"G92螺纹切削循环指令编程与加工"为例,探讨引导文教学法在数控课程教学中的应用。
With the development of modern technology,higher requirements are put forward for training future practitioners of numerical control.In the teaching practice of cultivating numerical control talents,it is found that students have strong hands-on ability and more hands-on opportunities,but their basic knowledge is weak,and their participation and learning enthusiasm in the classroom are not high.The method of action-oriented and education introduced by German vocational education has certain effect on the cultivation of students’comprehensive ability in numerical control course teaching.This paper mainly starts with the problems existing in the current numerical control course teaching practice,analyzes the typical phenomena,and takes"G92 thread cutting cycle instruction programming and machining"as an example to explore the application of action-oriented teaching method in numerical control course teaching.
