摘要
福建省作为我国生态文明先行示范区,其物流业绿色发展对其产业经济发展具有十分重大的意义。通过运用DEA-Malmquist指数对其2008-2017年的绿色全要素生产率进行评价,实证分析表明,2008-2013年期间,传统TFP普遍大于考虑非期望产出后的绿色TFP值,说明非期望产出会损失一部分的生产效率;2013-2016年期间,福建省物流业绿色TFP发展呈增长趋势,物流业绿色发展质量较高,福建省同时也处于生态文明示范区建设阶段,说明在生态文明建设阶段有一定的成效;2016-2017年期间,福建省物流业绿色TFP呈下降趋势,说明在此期间福建省绿色物流发展水平有所下降,应予以重视。福建省物流业绿色TFP发展水平呈下降趋势,应重视技术效率和技术进步的改善。
As the leading demonstration area of ecological civilization in China,the green development of logistics industry in Fujian Province is of great significance to its industrial economic development.By using DEA Malmquist index to evaluate its green TFP from 2008 to 2017,the empirical analysis shows that during 2008-2013,the traditional TFP is generally greater than the green TFP value after considering the unexpected output,which indicates that the unexpected output will lose part of the production efficiency;From 2013 to 2016,the development trend of green TFP of logistics industry in Fujian Province shows an increasing trend,and the green development quality of logistics industry is good,Fujian Province is also in the construction stage of ecological civilization demonstration area,which shows that there is certain effect in the construction stage of ecological civilization;During 2016-2017,the green TFP of logistics industry in Fujian Province showed a downward trend,indicating that the development level of green logistics in Fujian Province has declined during this period,which should be paid attention to.The development level of green TFP of logistics industry in Fujian Province shows a downward trend,so we should pay attention to the improvement of technical efficiency and technological progress.
