不同花期发育时期金银花的ATR-FTIR结合模式识别分析 被引量:6

Analyzing Lonicera japonicae Flos in Different Flower Development Stages by ATR-FTIR and Mode Identification Methods

摘要 目的基于衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱法(Attenuated Total internal Reflectance Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy, ATR-FTIR)建立区分不同花期发育时期金银花的方法。方法利用ATR-FTIR获取样本的红外指纹图谱,并采用PCA、OPLS-DA等化学计量学方法对图谱基本特征进行分析,对金银花的动态化学成分进行监测和区分。结果对15个样本的红外图谱数据经PCA和OPLS-DA分析,已经基本能反映出金银花的主要特征,对不同花期发育时期的金银花进行区分,主要差异性成分为绿原酸和木犀草苷。结论通过红外指纹图谱与化学模式识别技术相结合,能对不同生长发育时期的金银花进行快速有效的区分,为金银花的质量控制和综合利用提供参考。 Objective To establish a method which can monitor the difference of Lonicera japonicae Flos in different flower development stages based on ATR-FTIR. ATR-FTIR was used to obtain the samples’ infrared fingerprints of Lonicera japonicae Flos.Methods Chemometrics was used to analyze the spectrum’s basic characteristics and determine the difference between chemical constituents.Results According to the PCA and OPLS-DA analysis of the data of 15 samples, the main characteristics of honeysuckle have basically reflected and different flowering stages of honeysuckle was differentiated. The differential components were chlorogenic acid and luteoloside. Conclusion By combining the infrared fingerprint of honeysuckle with the chemical pattern recognition technology, the honeysuckle in different growth and development stages can be effectively distinguished, which provides a reference for the quality control and comprehensive utilization of honeysuckle.
