摘要
资助育人是我国高校重要的贫困生帮扶手段,然而在资助育人得到落实和发展的过程中,贫困学生的获得感却普遍低下,难以发挥资助育人在人才培养中的功能和作用。为推进资助育人模式的发展,提升高校对贫困学生的激励作用。高校应以获得感为抓手,重点优化资助育人的方式和机制。本文结合资助育人的理论内涵,探析资助育人和获得感之间的内在联系,分析贫困生获得感培养所存在的问题,提出相应的应对策略。
Funding education is an important part of helping poor students in my country's higher colleges.However,in the process of implementation and development of funded education,the sense of acquisition of poor students is generally low,and it is difficult to play the function and role of funded education in talent training.This paper combines the theoretical connotation of funded education,explores the internal connection between funded education and sense of gain,analyzes the problems in the cultivation of sense of gain of poor students,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
