摘要
高校本科法学教育在基础的法学理论教授的同时,对于学生基本的实践技能培养目标方面各有侧重,如何实现理论教学与实践教学的平衡与相互促进,进而实现本科法学生培养目标是法学本科教育亟待解决的问题。呼和浩特民族学院法学院法学专业培养目标定位为应用型法治人才,在实现这一培养目标的实践过程中,认为优秀的应用型法治人才的培养,应是注重将理论知识运用于司法实践能力的教育培养,更需要科学的"参与式教与学"教学模式和"三课两环节"课程体系支撑。
The undergraduate law education in universities not only teaches the basic law theory,but also focuses on the training objectives of basic practical skills.It is an urgent problem to realize the balance and mutual promotion between theory teaching and practice teaching,and then realize the training goal of undergraduate law students.The training target of law major in law department of Hohhot Minzu College is to train the applied law talents.In the practice process of realizing this training target,it is believed that the training of excellent applied legal talents should pay attention to apply theoretical knowledge to judicial practice ability,which is in need of the mode of"participatory teaching and learning"and curriculum system of"three courses and two links".
