摘要
法学专业是一门应用性和实践性很强的学科,加强实践性教学是理论联系实际,克服传统法学教学模式弊端的需要,也是培养学生自学能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力,培育适应21世纪高素质法律人才的需要。目前我国法学本科实践性教学存在着课程设置不合理,实践教学内容没有形成有机联系的整体,理论教学时间与实践教学时间发生冲突等问题。在法学本科实践性教学改革中,我们应当确立明树立培养目标,制定切实可行的培养方案,加强法学师资队伍建设,在培养过程中实现三个转变。
Law major is a highly applied and practical discipline. Strengthening the practice teaching is the need to integrate the theory with practice, to overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching mode of law, to cultivate the students' ability of self- learning and the ability to analyze and solve problems, to cultivate high-quality legal talent to adapt to the twenty-first century. But at present, china's undergraduate practical teaching of law exist a lot of problems. For example, the curriculum is unreasonable. The content of practice teaching has not formed the organic whole. Theoretical teaching and practical teaching time conflicts. So in the practical teaching reform of undergraduate teaching, we should establish a clear training objective, develop a practical training program, strengthen the legal construction of teachers, and implement three changes in the training process.
