基础环式风机基础损伤的模拟及水平度研究

摘要 基础环式风机基础的损伤是基础环式风机发生安全事故的主要原因。针对风机基础的损伤,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立风机基础的三维有限元模型,计算风机基础环在基础环-混凝土黏结逐渐失效、基础环侧壁混凝土裂缝扩展、基础环下法兰处混凝土空腔扩展这三种情况下的水平度。结果表明:随着基础环-混凝土黏结逐渐失效和基础环侧壁混凝土裂缝的扩展,基础环水平度都有一定程度的增加,但未超过规范规定的数值,此时风机基础虽有损伤,但尚能正常运行;随着基础环下法兰处混凝土空腔的扩展,基础环水平度呈几何式增长,基础环最大水平度远远超过规范所允许的数值,此时风机不能正常运行。 The damage of foundation ring fan foundation is the main cause of safety accident of foundation ring fan.Aiming at the damage of fan foundation,a three-dimensional finite element model of fan foundation was established by using ABAQUS finite element software to calculate the damage of fan foundation ring,such as gradual failure of foundation ring concrete bond,expansion of concrete crack on side wall of foundation ring and expansion of concrete cavity at flange under foundation ring levelness under three working conditions.The results show that:with the gradu⁃al failure of the foundation ring concrete bond and the expansion of the concrete cracks on the side wall of the founda⁃tion ring,the levelness of the foundation ring increases to a certain extent,but it does not exceed the value specified in the specification.At this time,although the fan foundation is damaged,the fan can still operate normally;with the expansion of the concrete cavity at the lower flange of the foundation ring,the levelness of the foundation ring increas⁃es geometrically,and the foundation ring is the most stable The large levelness far exceeds the value allowed by the specification,and the fan can not operate normally at this time.
