摘要
山地地区的风电场多采用岩石锚杆基础,稳定性是其首要问题。以某风电场为例,从锚杆数量、锚杆到承台中心的距离、基础底板半径等方面进行了计算分析,探讨了风电场岩石锚杆基础设计中存在的问题。从分析结果可知,目前的岩石锚杆基础设计对锚杆的有效利用率较低;规范规定的风电机组岩石锚杆基础的抗倾覆稳定系数1.6过于保守;锚杆到承台中心有一个最优距离。
The rock bolt foundation is usually used for the wind turbines in mountain area, and the stability of foundation is a main concern. Taking a wind farm as studying case, the problems in the design of rock anchor foundation are studied based on the calculations and analyses of impacts of the number of anchor bolt, the distance between anchor bolt and foundation center and the radius of foundation base on the overturning stability of foundation. The results show that the effective utilization rate of rock anchors in current rock anchor foundation design is lower, the overturning stability coefficient of 1.6 formulated in design specification is too conservative and the distance between anchor bolt and foundation center has an optimal value.
