摘要
讨论了采用混凝土环梁加固风机基础的可行性,采用有限元方法计算了不同环梁高度情况下风机基础的应力。研究显示,加高混凝土环梁对穿基础环孔钢筋应力和基础环侧壁应力的影响较小;当环梁高度大于500 mm时,基础环下法兰处的混凝土应力集中有所改善。文章的计算结果可为风机基础加固提供参考。
This paper investigates the feasibility of using a concrete ring beam for reinforcement of the wind turbine foundation, and the stress of wind turbine foundation is calculated by using finite element method. The result shows that the reduction of the steel bar stress and wall stress on the embedded steel ring is small when the foundation is reinforced by a concrete ring beam; when the height of a concrete ring beam is larger than 500 mm, concrete stress concentration at the flange of the embedded steel ring is alleviated to some extent. These results provide a reference for the foundation reinforcement of the wind turbine.
