摘要
基于4芯弱电湿插拔连接器研制,简要介绍了连接器结构组成,详细分析了连接器电缆固定设计、密封设计、电绝缘设计等技术难题。以4芯弱电湿插拔连接器结构设计为切入点,给出上述技术难题的解决方案,并介绍了连接器测试和性能试验内容。
Based on the development of 4-core weak current wet plug connector,the structure of the connector is briefly introduced,the technical problems of connector cable fixation design,sealing design and electrical insulation design and analyzed in detail.Taking the structure design of 4-core weak current wet plug connector as the breakthrough point,the solutions to the above mentioned technical problems are given,and the contents of connector test and performance test are introduced.
