摘要
对水密接插件用氯丁橡胶2442(CR2442)与黄铜黏合技术进行了研究,讨论了间-甲-白-钴作为黏合体系对CR2442的物理机械性能以及CR2442与黄铜黏合力大小的影响。研究发现,六甲氧基甲基蜜胺复合物(RA-65)对硫化胶料硬度的影响最大,随着黏合体系用量的增加,硫化胶料的扯断强度基本上呈下降趋势,当黏合剂SL-3022、RA-65、葵酸钴的质量比为3∶1∶0.6时黏合力最大,其值可达到387.4N。
In this paper,the chloroprene rubber 2442 and brass bonding techmainly related to HRH as a bonding system on the physical and mechanical properties of choloroprene rubber 2442 and chloroprene rubber 2442-brass.The results showed that RA-65 has the greatest tnflu- ence on the hardness of vulcanized rubber in the bonding system composed of SL-3022 ?RA-65 ovhite carbon black and cobalt carbonate.With the bonding system The average tensile strength of SL-3022 : RA-56 : cobalt trioxide was 3 : 1 : 0 . 6 ,and the maximum adhesion value was 387.4 N.
