摘要
采用低温锌系磷化工艺对电器件支架进行磷化处理,以磷化膜膜重和耐硫酸铜腐蚀时间作为考察指标,通过单因素实验优选出最佳的磷化工艺参数为:磷化液pH值2.5、磷化液温度40℃、磷化时间20 min。然后在最佳的工艺参数下对电器件支架进行磷化处理,并对磷化后支架的宏观和微观形貌以及电化学腐蚀性能进行分析。结果表明:磷化后支架呈浅灰色,磷化膜完整且覆盖均匀,结构致密,并呈现类似花瓣状形貌。致密的磷化膜能起到较理想的绝缘防护作用,使得磷化后支架可以满足电绝缘和防腐蚀等方面要求。
The electrical parts support was treated by low-temperature zinc phosphating process.Firstly,the weight and corrosion-resistance time to copper sulfate of phosphating film were taken as investigation indexes,and the optimal phosphating process parameters were optimized by single factor experiment as follows:phosphating solution pH value of 2.5,phosphating solution temperature of 40℃,phosphating time of 20 min.Secondly,phosphating treatment of the electrical parts support was carried out under the optimum process parameters,and the electrochemical corrosion performance and macromorphology and micromorphology of the support after phosphating were analyzed.The results showed that appearance of the support after phosphating was light gray,the phosphating film was complete and uniformly covered,showing a petal-like morphology and dense structure with few defects.Dense phosphating film can play an ideal role in insulation protection,so that the support after phosphating can meet the requirements of electrical insulation and corrosion protection.
