摘要
利用蒸氨法添加MgO制备Cu-MgO/SiO_(2)催化剂,并在固定床上评价Cu/SiO_(2)催化剂对乙酸加氢制乙醇的影响。在T=320℃、p=2 MPa、LHSV=0.6 h^(-1)、氢酸比为5的工艺条件下,利用Cu-MgO/SiO_(2)催化剂进行乙酸加氢反应获得较好的催化活性。通过BET、H_(2)-TPR、FT-IR手段对其进行表征,结果表明,助剂MgO可以提高催化剂的层状硅酸铜含量、增大比表面积、促进铜物种的分散性及增强铜物种与载体之间的相互作用。
Cu-MgO/SiO_(2) catalyst is prepared by adding MgO in ammonia evaporation method.The effect of CuMgO/SiO_(2) catalyst on the hydrogenation of acetic acid to ethanol is evaluated in a fixed bed.Cu-MgO/SiO_(2) catalyst exhibits better catalytic activity for the hydrogenation of acetic acid when the ratio of hydrogen to acetic acid is 5,LHSV=0.6 h^(-1),320℃ and 2 MPa.It is found by BET,H_(2)-TPR and FT-IR that the addition of MgO can increase the content of layered copper silicate,expand specific surface area,promote the dispersion of copper species and enhance the interaction between copper species and support.
