摘要 在火箭橇试验过程轨道应力应变的测量与分析中,研发相应的信号调理装置,实现应变信号的放大、滤波等;通过搭载试验测试,获得轨道应力应变测试数据;为轨道结构安全设计提供支撑。 With the improvement of armament technology in our country,rocket sled test is developing towards high-speed and heavy-load.The working condition of track is becoming more and more complicated,and it is easier to cause wear and fatigue.Therefore,it seems to be even more important to study the measurement and analysis of track stress-strain.Taking it as the background,the measurement and analysis of track stress-strain in the testing process of rocket sled test are mainly carried out.Through the research and development of corresponding signal conditioning device,the amplification and smoothing and strain signal is achieved.The test data of track stress-strain are obtained and analyzed through the carrying test,which provides data support for the safety design of track structure.
