摘要
城市轨道中浮置板轨道是具有减振效果好的轨道结构,在近年来城市轨道交通中应用广泛。其中隔振器是减振的关键核心部件,由于在运营长期的外力作用和不良的外界环境,其性能易衰退,需要定期更换。随着地铁道床的形式也不停的改进优化,橡胶弹簧浮置板道床近年来替换了钢弹簧,其优势明显。本文结合地铁地下段橡胶浮置板道床,对浮置板道床施工工艺及注意事项进行阐述,仅供后期施工参考借鉴。
The floating slab track in urban rail is a track structure with good vibration damping effect,and it has been widely used in urban rail transit in recent years.Among them,the vibration isolator is the key core component of vibration reduction.Due to the long-term external force during operation and the bad external environment,its performance is prone to decline and needs to be replaced regularly.With the continuous improvement and optimization of the form of the subway track bed,the rubber spring floating slab track bed has replaced steel springs in recent years,which has obvious advantages.In this paper,combined with the rubber floating slab track bed in the underground section of the subway,the construction technology and precautions of the floating slab track bed are described,which is only for reference in later construction.
