摘要
某型发射装置在进行强度试验时,出现了导轨撕裂故障,针对失效部位的结构情况进行失效原因分析,找出了导轨撕裂的根本原因为壳体导轨槽根部圆角过小而引起的应力集中增大所致。基于ANSYS分析软件平台以及模拟强度试验对导轨撕裂部位进行强度分析,定量说明了此圆角增大可以明显改善导轨槽处的应力集中,增大某发射装置壳体的强度余量。
Failure occurred as splitting of the rail during strength test for a launcher. The structure and stress of the failure position were analyzed to discover the reason. It was figured out that the small chamfering on the slot root of the rail resulted in stress concentration. Based on the ANSYS analysis software and simulation of the strength test, it was quantitatively proved that increasing the chamfering on the slot root of the rail could obviously reduce the stress concentration and enhance the intensity of the launcher housing.
