摘要 目的:为了分析乳腺X射线摄影与优化体位设计的应用价值,为临床诊断提供借鉴。方法:对2017年1月~2019年1月来本院进行双侧乳腺钼靶X射线检查的200例女性的800幅全数字化乳腺X射线摄影图像开展回顾性研究,对X射线摄影图像的质量进行观察评价。结果:这800幅全数字化乳腺X射线摄影图像中甲级片为762幅,包括头尾位370幅和内外侧斜位392幅,在所有全数字化乳腺X射线摄影图像中占比为95.25%;乙级片38幅,包括头尾位21幅和内外侧斜位17幅,在所有全数字化乳腺X射线摄影图像中占比为4.75%;废片无。结论:在全数字化乳腺X射线摄影过程中,采取规范投照体位和科学的乳房压迫促使体位设计最优化,有助于显著提升线摄影图像质量。 Objective:To analyze the application value of mammography and optimize posture design,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods:A retrospective study of 800 fully digital mammograms of 200 women who came to our hospital for bilateral mammography examinations from January 2017 to January 2019 was conducted.Observation and evaluation of quality.Results:Among the 800 fully digital mammography images,there were 762 firstclass films,including 370 head-to-tail images and 392 oblique images,which accounted for 95.25%of all fully digital mammography images.38 B-level films,including 21 head and tail and 17 medial and lateral oblique positions,accounted for 4.75%of all fully digital mammography images;no waste films Conclusion:In the process of fully digital mammography,adopting standardized projection posture and scientific breast compression promotes the optimization of posture design,which helps significantly improve the quality of radiographic images.
