摘要
目的研究数字乳腺X线摄影平均腺体剂量(AGD)与曝光参数(kV、mAs)及乳腺压迫厚度的关系。方法回顾性分析2019年3月医院收治的行数字乳腺X线摄影的70例患者的常规头尾位和内外侧斜位共258幅影像资料,均采用自动曝光控制模式,使用散点图和线性相关与回归分析AGD与kV、mAs及乳腺压迫厚度的关系。结果AGD与mAs有较强的相关性,相关系数为0.907;AGD与kV和乳腺压迫厚度均不具有线性关系,但随着kV和乳腺压迫厚度的增加,AGD有增高趋势;kV与乳腺压迫厚度具有较强的相关性,相关系数为0.985;mAs与乳腺压迫厚度不具有线性关系,但随着乳腺压迫厚度的增加,mAs有增加趋势。结论AGD与曝光参数及乳腺压迫厚度的关系密切,有利于在手动曝光模式或某些特殊情况下根据乳腺特点选择适当的曝光参数,以最低的辐射代价获得最优质的影像。
Objective To study the relationship between average glandular dose(AGD)of digital mammogr aphy and exposure parameters(kV,mAs)and breast compression thickness.Methods A total of 258 images of 70 patients received in the hospital in March 2019 at conventional craniocaudal and mediolateral oblique positions were retrospectively analyzed,all of which adopted automatic exposure mode.The relationship between AGD and kV,mAs and breast compression thickness was analyzed by scatter plot and linear correlation®ression analysis.Results There was a strong correlation between AGD and mAs,and the correlation coefficient reached 0.907.There was no linear relationship between AGD and kV&breast compression thickness,but AGD tended to increase with the increase of kV&breast compression thickness.The kV had a strong correlation with breast compression thickness,and the correlation coefficient reached 0.985.There was no linear relationship between mAs and breast compression thickness,but the mAs tended to increase with the increase of compression thickness.Conclusion There is a close relationship between AGD and exposure parameters&breast compression thickness,which is conducive to selecting appropriate exposure parameters according to breast characteristics in manual exposure mode or in some special cases,so as to obtain the best images at the lowest radiation cost.
