摘要
目的探讨X线钼靶和高频超声在早期乳腺癌患者中的临床诊断效果。方法选取2009年1月1日-2015年6月30日该院诊治的156例早期乳腺癌患者资料,参照病理检查结果作为标准,检查方法为X线钼靶和高频超声检查,采用SPSS18.0软件对X线钼靶和高频超声在早期乳腺癌患者中的诊断效果及价值进行统计学分析。结果 X线钼靶和高频超声联合诊断符合率为98.1%,显著高于高频超声和X线钼靶诊断(P<0.05);联合诊断误诊数以及误诊率显著低于高频超声和X线钼靶诊断(P<0.05);高频超声肿块检出率(89.5%),异常血管特征检出率(66.7%)及腋窝淋巴结肿大检出率(46.8%)均显著高于X线钼靶诊断(P<0.05);高频超声微小钙化检出率显著低于X线钼靶诊断(P<0.05)。结论采用X线钼靶和高频超声诊断早期乳腺癌,其各有优缺点;将X线钼靶和高频超声联合诊断能够提高诊断准确率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of X-ray mammography and high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of early breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 156 early breast cancer patients diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 1, 2009 to June 30, 2015 were analyzed, then they received X-ray mammography and high-frequency uhrasonography taking pathological results as gold standard, SPSS 18.0 software was used to analyze the diagnostic effects and value of X-ray mammography and high-frequency ultrasound in patients with early breast cancer. Results The coincidence rate of combined diagnosis of X-ray mammography and high-frequency ultra- sound was 98.1%, which was statistically significantly higher than those of single diagnosis of X-ray mammography and high-frequency ultrasound ( P〈0. 05 ) ; the number and rate of misdiagnosis of combined diagnosis was statistically significantly lower than those of single diag- nosis (P〈0. 05 ) ; the detection rates of breast masses, abnormal blood vessels features, and axillary lymphadenectasis by high-frequency ul- trasound were 89.5% , 66. 7% , and 46. 8% , respectively, which were statistically significantly higher than those by X-ray mammography (P〈0. 05 ) ; the detection rate of microcalcification by high-frequency ultrasound was statistically significantly lower than that by X-ray mammography (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion X-ray mammography and high-frequency ultrasound have their own advantages and disadvantages in diagnosis of early breast cancer, combined diagnosis of X-ray mammography and high-frequency ultrasound can increase the diagnostic accuracy.
