摘要 目的探讨高频超声联合钼靶X线检查对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选择56例可疑早期乳腺癌患者,分别行高频超声、X线钼靶及两者联合检查,检查结果与手术病理结果相对照,对所得数据进行统计分析。结果 56例可疑早期乳腺癌患者中,病理检查诊断为恶性40例,良性16例;高频超声诊断为恶性34例,良性22例;X线钼靶诊断为恶性30例,良26例,二者联合检查诊断为恶性39例,良性17例。高频超声联合应用钼靶X线检查诊断早期乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性高于任何单一方法检测。结论高频超声联合钼靶X线检查可提高早期乳腺癌的诊断率,具有重要的临床价值。 Objective To explore the value of high-frequency ultrasound combined with X-ray mammography for diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods 56 cases suspected for early breast cancer patients were included in the study.These patients were given high frequency ultrasound,X-ray mammography and the combination of the two inspection.All test results were contrasted with pathological results.Results Among the 56 cases,40 cases were diagnosed as malignant and 16 cases as benign by pathology.By high frequency ultrasound,34 cases were diagnosed as malignant and 22 cases as benign.By X-ray mammography,30 cases were diagnosed as malignant and 26 cases as benign.By two kinds of inspection,39 cases were diagnosed as malignant and 17 cases as benign.The combination of two methods is better than just any single method in the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy of early breast cancer diagnosis.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasonography and mammography X-ray combination can improve the diagnostic rates of early breast cancer.
