Objective To analyze the clinical value of diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)combined with dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI)in the diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods A total of 70 patients with cervical cancer who were definitely diagnosed in Yunfu People’s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the cervical cancer group(n=70)and examined by DWI and DCE-MRI,and the pathological results were the gold standard.Women who had physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group(n=70).The diagnostic value of DWI and DCE-MRI in cervical cancer was analyzed, and the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC),transport coefficient(K^(trans)),rate constant(Kep)and volume fraction(Ve)between the two groups were compared. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of DWI and DCE-MRI in the diagnosis of cervical cancer were higher than those of single examination, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).ADC level in the cervical cancer group was lower than that in the control group, while K^(trans)and Kep levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in Ve level between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic efficiency of DWI combined with DCE-MRI in cervical cancer is higher than that of DWI and DCE-MRI alone.
