摘要
目的制备具有成骨和抗菌性能的鱼胶原/聚乙烯亚胺(FC/PEI)电纺膜,探讨其用于牙周组织修复的生物学潜能。方法应用静电纺丝技术分别制备FC和FC/PEI电纺膜,行大体及电镜观察。采集兔BMSCs,分别接种于FC和FC/PEI电纺膜进行体外培养,检测并比较两者的细胞相容性、成骨诱导及抗菌性能。结果虽然FC和FC/PEI电纺膜具有相似的纳米纤维结构、良好的细胞相容性及较强的成骨诱导能力,但是只有FC/PEI电纺膜具备优异的抗菌性能。结论FC/PEI电纺膜具备良好的成骨和抗菌性能,有望应用于牙周组织再生。
Objective To prepare the fish collagen/polyethyleneimine(FC/PEI)nanofibers with both osteogenic and antibacterial properties,and to explore its biological potential in periodontal tissue regeneration.Methods FC and FC/PEI nanofibers were fabricated by electrospinning,and followed with gross and SEM examinations.BMSCs harvested from rabbits were seeded onto both the FC and FC/PEI nanofibers and cultured in vitro.Cytocompatibility,osteogenic and antibacterial properties were evaluated after in vitro cultured for a certain time.Results The FC and FC/PEI nanofibers exhibited similar morphology,good cytocompatibility and enhanced osteogenesis,whereas satisfactory antibacterial capacity was only observed in FC/PEI nanofiber.Conclusion FC/PEI nanofiber exhibit enhanced osteogenic and antibacterial properties and is expected to be used in future periodontal tissue regeneration.
