摘要
纳米纤维膜的抗蛋白性较低,容易造成污染,降低了纤维膜的性能,因此,需要制备新的高功能性聚合物纳米纤维膜,并且研究其性能。在高功能性聚合物纳米纤维膜制备中,首先确定制备条件为15%浓度的聚乳酸溶剂,然后通过相转化法对纤维膜进行性能制备,其次实验中分析纤维膜的抗蛋白性,得出其抗蛋白性较高。最后通过理论研究测定纤维膜的材料结构表征,观察表面微观形貌,分析孔隙率,体现了纤维膜的高功能性。
The protein resistance of nanofiber membrane is low,which is easy to cause pollution and reduce the performance of the fiber membrane.Therefore,the preparation and performance of high functional polymer nanofiber membrane are studied.In the preparation of high functional polymer nanofiber membrane,the preparation condition wasfirst determined as 15%concentration of polylactic acid solvent,and then the performance of thefiber membrane was prepared by phase transformation method.Secondly,the anti-protein property of thefiber membrane was analyzed in the experiment,and it was concluded that the anti-protein property was high.Finally,the material structure characterization of thefiberfilm was determined through theoretical research,the surface microstructure was observed,the porosity was analyzed,which reflected the high functionality of thefiberfilm.
