摘要
胎儿生长受限是指因胎盘功能不全导致胎儿生长未能达到其生物学潜能。近年研究发现,子宫动脉、脐动脉、大脑中动脉等血流改变对预测FGR和FGR的监测具有重要的临床价值。
Fetal growth restriction refers to the failure of the fetal growth to reach its biological potential due to placental insufficiency.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that changes in blood flow of the fetal umbilical artery,middle cerebral artery,and uterine artery are of clinical value in predicting FGR.
