摘要 导管架结构是近年来海上升压站基础的主要形式,灌浆连接则是该基础施工的一项关键技术。以江苏某升压站灌浆施工的实践为依托,总结后桩法斜桩基础导管架水下灌浆和上部组件灌浆连接施工的关键技术,采用自主研发的优固特®UHPG-120海上风电导管架灌浆料、集装箱式海上风电灌浆作业系统和特殊的导管架水下灌浆工艺,成功实现了该升压站项目的灌浆连接。 Jacket structure is the main form of foundation for offshore booster stations in recent years,and the grouting connection is a key technology in the foundation construction.Based on the grouting construction practice in a booster station project in Jiangsu Province,the key technologies of the underwater grouting construction of late piling type inclined pile foundation jackets and the grouting connection construction of upper parts are summarized.With the independently developed UGUTE ■UHPG-120 grouting material,container type grouting operation system and special underwater grouting technology,the grouting connection construction of the booster station project is successfully completed.
