摘要
目前海上风机吊装方式有整体式吊装与分体式吊装方法,整体式吊装方法对施工环境、运输船及起吊船要求高,施工风险以及海上运输风险较大。因此,提出一种能够降低施工风险及运输风险的新方法。首先,进行塔筒下段预拼装,再进行安装船、定位驳船以及运输船驻位,最后依次进行塔架安装、机舱安装、叶轮组装以及叶轮吊装。
Currently,two schemes are adopted for the hoisting of offshore wind turbine:integral hoisting or separate hoisting.While,the integral hoisting scheme is of high requirements on the construction environment,the transportation ships and the hoisting ships,and of high construction and maritime transportation risks.A new hoisting scheme to reduce construction and transportation risks is proposed.Firstly,the pre-assembly of the lower section of the tower is carried out.Then,the installation ship,the positioning barge and the transportation ship are stationed.Finally,the tower installation,the engine cabin installation,and the assembly and hoisting of the blade runner are carried out.
