摘要
改造老旧社区适老化服务体系,优化老龄化社会背景下的养老模式。通过引入社会支持理论,结合支持主体、支持介体和支持客体要素分析老旧社区的居家养老现状,提出明确的适老化服务系统设计指导原则和改造方法。构建以服务规划、流程、利益相关者、触点和服务内容为核心的整体性适老化系统服务模式。为老旧社区适老化服务改造提供了新的探索方向。
To transform the aging service system in old communities and optimize the old-age care model under the background of aging society.Through the introduction of social support theory,combined with the support subject,support mediator and support object elements,the current situation of home care in the old community was analyzed,and clear guidelines and reform methods for the design of the aging service system were proposed.Results Build a holistic and age-appropriate system service model centered on service planning,processes,stakeholders,touch points,and service content.It provides a new direction of exploration for the retrofit of aging services in old communities.
