七氟醚对子痫前期母体炎性因子及SENG蛋白表达影响 被引量:1

Effects of sevoflurane on the expression of inflammatory factors and SENG proteins in pre-eclampsia mothers

摘要 目的研究七氟醚对子痫前期母体炎性因子及可溶性内皮因子(SENG)蛋白表达的影响。方法将从2019年1月—2020年8月,于医院接受剖宫产的子痫前期孕妇80例纳入研究。将其根据随机数字表法分作观察组及对照组,每组各40例。对照组实施硬膜外麻醉处理,观察组实施七氟醚麻醉处理。分析两组母体血清、脐血以及胎盘组织中的炎性因子及SENG蛋白表达情况,血流动力学指标,新生儿Apgar评分以及脐动脉p H值等方面的差异。此外,比较两组手术前后应激指标水平的差异。结果观察组母体血清、脐血以及胎盘组织中的IL-5、IL-6、TNF-α、TNFRⅡ水平均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。观察组母体血清、脐血以及胎盘组织中的SENG蛋白表达水平均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。观察组及对照组各时间点的MAP以及HR对比均不明显(均P> 0.05)。观察组及对照组新生儿Apgar评分以及脐动脉p H值对比均不明显(均P> 0.05)。手术后观察组血浆Cor以及NE水平均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论七氟醚可明显降低子痫前期母体炎性因子及SENG蛋白表达,可能和其具有抑制产妇全身炎症反应有关。 Objective To study the effect of sevoflurane on the protein expression of maternal inflammatory factors and soluble endothelial factors(SENG)in pre-eclampsia.Methods From January 2019 to August 2020,80 pregnant women with preeclampsia who underwent cesarean section in hospital were included in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.Epidural anesthesia was performed in the control group and sevoflurane anesthesia was performed in the observation group.The differences in the expression of inflammatory factors and SENG proteins in maternal serum,umbilical blood and placental tissues,hemodynamic indicators,Apgar score of neonates and p H of umbilical artery in the two groups were analyzed.In addition,the difference of stress index level before and after operation was compared between the two groups.Results Maternal serum,umbilical cord blood and placenta tissue of IL-5,IL-6,TNF-α,TNFRⅡlevels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).SENG protein expression levels in maternal serum,umbilical blood and placental tissues were all lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The MAP and HR comparisons of the observation group and the control group at all time points were not significant(all P>0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score and umbilical artery p H value between the two groups(all P>0.05).The plasma levels of Cor and NE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane can significantly reduce the expression of maternal inflammatory factors and SENG protein,which may be related to its inhibitory effect on maternal systemic inflammatory response.
