摘要 能源高质量发展与环境保护是中国高质量发展的有机组成部分,研究能源高质量发展与环境保护动态关系对于建设中国高质量发展体系尤为重要。基于区域视角对云南省1995—2017年能源消费数据和主要大气排放量数据进行实证分析,通过建立能源消费和大气保护动态关系区域VAR模型,运用Johansen协整检验和脉冲响应进行分析,得出结论。从短期看,天然气和一次电消费的增加会减少环境污染,但长期看,这种影响由于产业结构的特性和固化,不能产生持久性的作用。据此为区域能源高质量发展、产业调整、环境保护动态关系管理提供较为精准的量化依据,并提出意见和建议。 High quality development of energy and environmental protection is an organic part of China’s high quality development.The research on the dynamic relationship between high quality development of energy and environmental protection is particularly important for the construction of China’s high quality development system.From the regional perspective,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the energy consumption data and main air emission data of Yunnan Province from 1995 to 2017.By establishing a regional VAR model of the dynamic relationship between energy consumption and air protection,Johansen co integration is used to test,and impulse response analysis is carried out to draw the conclusion:in the short term,the increase of natural gas and primary electricity consumption will immediately cause air pollution emissions.In the long run,due to the characteristics and solidity of the industrial structure,this kind of impact cannot have a lasting effect.Therefore,it provides a more accurate quantitative basis for the high-quality development of regional energy,industrial adjustment,and dynamic relationship management of environmental protection,and provides corresponding opinions and suggestions.
