摘要
目的探究上海市某区初中生的非致死性道路交通伤害发生情况及其影响因素,为降低青少年道路交通伤害的发生率提供科学依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法,抽取上海市某区3所初中的学生。描述研究对象的人口学特征、道路交通行为、道路交通伤害发生率的分布状况,采用χ^(2)检验和Logistic回归进行危险因素分析。结果共有2804名中学生纳入研究,道路交通伤害的发生率为4.85%,初一、初二、初三学生的交通伤害发生率分别为6.00%、3.42%和5.29%。多因素分析结果显示,骑车双手离把、骑车攀扶其他车辆、骑车带人、步行违规行为是道路交通伤害发生的危险因素[OR值和95%CI分别为1.695(1.076~2.670)、1.966(1.021~3.788)、2.022(1.195~3.423)、1.814(1.265~2.600)];女生、成绩中等或中等偏上是交通伤害发生的保护因素[OR值(95%CI)分别为0.529(0.355~0.789)、0.634(0.420~0.957)、0.387(0.244~0.614)]。结论初中生交通违规行为与道路交通伤害密切相关,通过学校和家庭的健康教育减少其交通违规行为,有助于降低青少年道路交通伤害的发生率。
Objective Toinvestigate the incidence of non-fatal road traffic injury and its influencing factors among junior high school students in a district of Shanghai,and toprovide scientific evidence for reducing the incidence of road traffic injury.Methods By cluster sampling method,all students from 3 junior high schools in a district of Shanghai were included in the survey.The demographic characteristics,road traffic behavior and incidence of road traffic injury of the study subjects were described.Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were used for risk factor analysis.Results A total of2804 middle school students were included in this study.The incidence of road traffic injuries was 4.85%for all junior high school students,6.00%,3.42%and 5.29%in Grade 1,Grade 2 and Grade 3,respectively.The results of multi-factor analysis showed that the risk factors of road traffic injuries wereriding with both hands off the handle[OR(95%CI)=1.695(1.076-2.670)],riding to climb up other vehicles[OR(95%CI)=1.966(1.021-3.788)],riding to carry people[OR(95%CI)=2.022(1.195-3.423)]and walking violation[OR(95%CI)=1.814(1.265-2.600)],respectively.Female students[OR(95%CI)=0.529(0.355-0.789)],average[OR(95%CI)=0.634(0.420-0.957)]or above average performance[OR(95%CI)=0.387(0.244-0.614)]were protective factors for traffic injuries.Conclusion The traffic violations of junior high school students were closely related to road traffic injuries,health educationthrough school and family are helpful to reduce the incidence of road traffic injuries among teenagers.
