摘要
目的了解江苏省2013—2015年学生伤害发生情况,为制定儿童伤害防治策略和措施提供依据。方法收集并分析2013—2015年江苏省学生伤害网络平台报告的学生伤害个案。结果 2013—2015年江苏省20个县(市、区)监测点共收集到27 838例学生伤害个案,男性18 759例,女性9 079例,男女比为2.07∶1。伤害发生原因前3位分别为跌倒?坠落伤(54.53%)、锐器伤(23.11%)和钝器伤(11.31%);伤害发生地点前3位为学校(78.44%)、家中(12.24%)和其他公共场所(9.32%);伤害活动前3位为玩耍娱乐(33.85%)、体育活动(27.66%)和行走(17.99%);伤害部位前3位为上肢(43.38%)、下肢(29.11%)和头面部(21.84%)。伤害意图以"自己/他人无意伤害"为主,占97.50%。受伤后的处理方式以急诊室?门诊就诊为主,占76.63%。伤害结果以痊愈为主,占89.42%。结论应对不同年龄、性别儿童采取针对性的伤害干预措施,加强学生安全教育,提高其安全防范意识,减少在校学生伤害的发生。
Objective To analyze the injury characteristics among students in Jiangsu province from 2013 to 2015;to provide basis for developing children injury prevention strategies. Methods Data of student injury cases were collected from the Injury On-line Report Platform of Jiangsu province and subjected to epidemiological analysis. Results A total of 27 838 cases collect- ed from 20 county （city,district）-level sentinels from 2013 to 2015 in Jiangsu province, including 18 759 male cases and 9 079 female cases, resulting male to female ratio of 2.07： 1. The top three causes of injuries were falls （54.53 %）, knife/sharp in- struments （23.11%） and blunts （11.31%）. The major places where injuries occurred were schools （78.44%）, homes （12.24%）, other public places （9.32%） . Recreation activities （33.85%）, sports activities （27.66%）, and walking （17.99 % ） were the major activities when injuries took place. The major injured body parts were upper limbs （43.38%）, lower limbs （29. 11%） and heads/faces （21.84%）. The intention of injury was mainly unintentional injury by oneself / others, accounting for 97.50%. Major treatment after injury was emergency/clinic, accounting for 76.63%. The major outcome of injury was cured, ac- counting for 89.42%. Conclusion Specific interventions should be made for students of different age and gender. Safety education and awareness should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of injury at schools.
