摘要
目的:探讨晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的营养状况及影响因素。方法:选取2015年1月-2019年10月本院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者208例。以全部患者最终的营养状况调查问卷得分中位数为截断值,将患者分为高分组和低分组,各104例。调查全部患者的营养状况,比较高分组和低分组的各项资料,通过单因素及多因素分析,探讨晚期非小细胞肺癌患者营养状况的影响因素。结果:全部患者的营养状况评分平均5.50(2.00,8.00)分;具有营养不良的患者比例为83.65%。患者的临床分期、BMI、KPS评分为晚期非小细胞肺癌患者营养状况的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:晚期非小细胞肺癌患者大多存在营养不良的情况,部分因素构成晚期非小细胞肺癌患者营养状况的影响因素,在工作中可以进行具有针对性的干预。
Objective:To explore the nutritional status and influencing factors of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Method:A total of 208 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to October 2019 were selected.Taking the median of the final nutritional status questionnaire scores of all patients as the truncated value,the patients were divided into the high score group and the low score group,104 cases in each group.The nutritional status of all patients was investigated,the data of the high score group and low score group were compared,the influencing factors of nutritional status of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were discussed through single-factor and multi-factor analysis.Result:The nutritional status score of all patients averaged 5.50(2.00,8.00)points,the proportion of patients with malnutrition was 83.65%.Clinical stage,BMI and KPS score were independent factors influencing the nutritional status of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:Most patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer have malnutrition,some factors constitute the influencing factors of the nutritional status of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,targeted interventions can be carried out at work.
