废水零排放条件下煤炭运输防冻剂的经济性对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着国家对污水排放的进一步控制,燃煤电厂烟气脱硫废水零排放是行业热点和难点问题。为了研究防冻剂对煤炭运输及利用环节的影响,特别是对煤炭燃烧过程中脱硫废水的影响,着重探讨脱硫废水零排放技术的研究进展及其存在的不足,通过分析氯化钙防冻剂对煤中氯含量的影响以及煤中氯含量与脱硫废水的定量关系,重点以实际案例基于全生命周期对氯化钙防冻剂与环保型防冻剂的经济性进行综合分析。结果表明:仅考虑氯化钙防冻剂中77.30%的氯含量,氯化钙防冻剂的吨煤综合成本为2.90元,考虑氯化钙防冻剂中100%的氯含量时,氯化钙防冻剂的吨煤成本较环保型防冻剂高出0.61元至3.75元,环保型防冻剂具有良好的综合成本优势,且可以切实落实煤炭的清洁化供给与利用。 With the further control of sewage discharge by the government,zero discharge of flue gas desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants is a hot and difficult issue in the industry.In order to study the influence of antifreeze on coal transportation and utilization,especially the influence on desulfurization wastewater during coal combustion,the research progress of desulfurization wastewater zero discharge technology and its existing shortcomings were emphatically discussed.By analyzing the influence of calcium chloride antifreeze on the chlorine content in coal and the quantitative relationship between the chlorine content in coal and desulfurization wastewater,the economic performance of calcium chloride antifreeze and environmental protection antifreeze was comprehensively analyzed based on the whole life cycle of actual cases.The results show that:considering only the chlorine content of 77.30%in calcium chloride antifreeze,the comprehensive cost of coal per ton of calcium chloride antifreeze is 2.90 yuan.Considering the 100%chlorine content in calcium chloride antifreeze,the coal cost per ton of calcium chloride antifreeze is 0.61 yuan to 3.75 yuan higher than that of environmental protection antifreeze.The environmental protection antifreeze has a good comprehensive cost advantage,and can effectively implement the clean supply and utilization of coal.
