摘要
本文介绍太子城至锡林浩特铁路沿线地区河北省张家口市和内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟经济、矿产、旅游、交通情况,分析地区铁路客货运输发展现状、存在问题及最迫切运输需求。客运方面,沿线部分旗县不通铁路或未开行旅客列车,锡盟、张家口北部4区县冰雪、草原旅游资源丰富,且沿线居民迫切期盼乘动车进北京、进自治区首府;货运方面,沿线主要货运需求为锡林浩特胜利矿区煤炭外运及沿线电厂、煤化工企业煤炭到达。预测研究年度项目客货运量水平,从而确定本项目不同区段功能定位及主要技术标准,太子城至崇礼至正蓝旗段是承担客运功能的区域性干线铁路,正蓝旗至锡林浩特段是一条以货为主,兼顾客运的区域性干线铁路。
This paper introduces the economy,mineral resources,tourism and transportation of Zhangjiakou City of Hebei Province and Xilin Gol League of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region along Taizicheng-Xilinhot Railway.The development status,existing problems and most urgent transportation needs of regional railway passenger and freight transportation are analyzed in this paper.In terms of the passenger transportation,there is no railway or passenger train in some counties along the railway.Xilin Gol League and four regions of north Zhangjiakou are famous for grassland tourism and ice-snow tourism.The residents along the line are eager to take EMU train to Beijing and the capital city of the autonomous region.In terms of the freight transportation,the main freight demand along the line is outward transportation of coal from the Xilinhot Shengli Mining Area and the arrival of coal to local power plants and coal chemical plants.This paper forecasts the passenger and project freight volume of the research year,so as to determine the function and orientation of the project,as long as the main railway technical standards of different sections of the project.The section from Taizicheng to Zhenglanqi of the project is a regional trunk railway line only undertaking passenger transportation function.The section from Zhenglanqi to Xilinhot is a regional trunk railway line which is mainly for freight and also for passenger transportation function.
