摘要
在全球致力于减小温室效应、减少二氧化碳排放的大背景下。全国碳市场建设正在加快开展,碳排放量数据作为碳排放权交易的核心基础,获取碳排放量两种方法的对比分析,越来越得各方参与主体的关注和研究,本文分析了国内外核算法和在线监测法两种方法的应用情况,然后针对国内火电企业的管理现状详细分析了核算法的各项成本,同时对于在线监测法从设备改造成本和日常维运成本两个角度出发,分析了在线监测法的综合成本,最后对两种方法的经济成本进行对比总结。
In the context of global efforts to reduce the greenhouse effect and carbon dioxide emissions.The construction of the national carbon market is accelerating.Carbon emissions data is the core basis for carbon emissions trading.The comparative analysis of the two methods of obtaining carbon emissions is attracting more and more attention and research from all parties involved.This article analyzes domestic The application situation of the two methods of external core algorithm and online monitoring method,and then detailed analysis of the cost of the core algorithm based on the management status of domestic thermal power enterprises.At the same time,for the online monitoring method from the perspective of equipment renovation cost and daily maintenance cost,Analyzed the comprehensive cost of the online monitoring method,and fi nally compared the economic cost of the two methods.
