摘要
为了更好地完成百万扩招背景下人才培养工作,天津工业职业学院针对百万扩招学生学情和成才需要以及企业岗位用工需求深入调研,形成专业核心课程并制订人才培养方案,通过灵活多样的教学方式和教学组织形式满足学生需求,以立德树人为本,实施现代学徒制,促进学生身心健康,保证人才培养水平和质量,实现百万扩招人才培养目标,也为其他院校百万扩招人才培养提供参考和借鉴。
In order to better complete the talents training under the background of million enrollment expansion,Tianjin Polytechnic College has conducted in-depth research on the academic conditions and talent needs of millions enrollment expansion students and the employment needs of corporate positions,formed professional core courses and formulated talents training plans,which meets the needs of students through flexible teaching methods and teaching organization forms,and implements modern apprenticeship based on morality cultivation to promote the physical and students'mental health,ensure the level and quality of talents training,achieve the talents training goal of million enrollment expansion,and also provide reference for talents training of other professional million expansion.
