摘要
目的探讨多媒体课件在妇产科临床护理带教中的运用。方法以该院妇产科护生为研究对象,时间2016年10月—2018年10月期间,共计280名。随机分成研究组、对照组,每组140名。对照组、研究组分别采用传统模式带教、多媒体课件教学,对比两组的教学效果。结果研究组的出科成绩评分显著高于对照组,差异统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对临床带教的评价优于对照组,差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用多媒体课件进行妇产科临床护理带教方法可行,能够提高出科成绩,优化教学评价,推荐在临床护理带教中使用。
Objective To explore the application of multimedia courseware in clinical nursing teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Taking nursing students from the department of obstetrics and gynecology in the hospital as the research object,from October 2016 to October 2018,a total of 280 students.Randomly divided them into study group and control group,with 140 students in each group.The control group and the study group used traditional mode of teaching and multimedia courseware teaching respectively to compare the teaching effects of the two groups.Results The score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the evaluation of clinical teaching in the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to use multimedia courseware for clinical nursing teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.It can improve department performance and optimize teaching evaluation.It is recommended to be used in clinical nursing teaching.
